Your Visit

To Book Tickets

Online

You can book tickets online 24 hours a day at www.lighthousetheatre.co.uk

In Person

In person bookings are available at our booking office located in Arena Sport Kettering. The booking office opening hours are:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 3pm-9pm
Wednesday: 3pm-9pm
Thursday: 3pm-9pm
Friday: 3pm-9pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

The Box Office will also be open 1 hour prior to a performance.

It is not possible to reserve tickets and pay at a later date, except in the instance of large bookings of 20+. In this instance a non-refundable deposit may be required.

By Phone

Or you can call us to book over the phone on 01536 414141 during the above opening hours.

Discounts/Offers and Concessions

Concessions may be offered to under 16’s, senior citizens, disabled patrons, Kettering Leisure Pass holders, Blue Light Card Holders and members of Balance Healthclub. Our Box Office team can advise which concessions are available at time of booking. Discounts vary on each individual performance and are subject to availability. Customers must state concessions or offers that they are entitled to at the time of booking as they cannot be applied retrospectively.

Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the auditorium unless stated otherwise (i.e family shows, see show details). For fire safety reasons all children aged 24months+ must have their own seats, on selected shows ‘baby in arms’ tickets can be purchased (children under 24 months) from the box office.

Refund and Exchanges

Please check tickets on delivery, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. In certain circumstances (and at the Managers absolute discretion) we may be able to exchange tickets subject to availability & a service charge of £1 per ticket. Only if a show is sold out, tickets may be returned to Box Office for resale with the understanding that the Box Office must be able to re-sell these tickets before accredit note can be offered. The credit note will then be valid for one year to use against tickets to an alternate show. In this instance the service charge of £1 per ticket will apply.

Ticket Delivery

If able to, we encourage customers to use the E-ticket option. Alternatively, customers are able to collect the tickets from the Box Office within the opening hours stated above, or select postal delivery for a fee of £1.50. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery by post.

Transaction Fees

For shows at the Lighthouse Theatre a transaction fee applies to all online and telephone bookings. No cash or card fees will apply to booking in person at the box office. Friends of the Lighthouse and Balance Healthclub members do not pay a fee in any instance, nor do group bookings with over 10 tickets. The fee is £2.50 per transaction. Fees have been introduced to support the running costs of the Lighthouse theatre. As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit the theatre. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure that every penny goes directly to the venue itself.

Thank you for your continued support and benefiting the arts in Kettering.

Refreshments

The Lighthouse Bar opens 1 hour before a performance and closes after the interval. The Bridge Bar may also be open, subject to availability. Food and drinks purchased at the venue may be taken into the auditorium in non-breakable containers. It is prohibited to bring in your own food or drinks to the venue.

Seating Plan

Access

The Lighthouse has free car parking for 600 cars. There is level access into the building and the auditorium, and lift access to the balcony on level two. The auditorium has wheelchair spaces on both levels and the box office can advise on the best location within the auditorium for each show according to your particular requirements. There are also accessible toilet facilities on each level. Patrons who require a carer to accompany them to the theatre must provide a form of evidence on their first booking with us, such as a blue badge.

Guide, hearing and enabling dogs are welcome. If you wish to take them into the auditorium please let the Box Office know when booking so that suitable seats can be allocated.

We are keen to make your experience an enjoyable one – please advise us of your needs at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to facilitate your requirements.
