Concessions may be offered to under 16’s, senior citizens, disabled patrons and Kettering Leisure Pass holders – our Box Office can tell you which concessions are available at time of booking. Discounts vary on each production and on individual performances.
Children under 5 are not admitted except for shows where otherwise stated. All children must have their own seat.
We are unable to refund any tickets. In certain circumstances (and at the Box Office Manager’s discretion) we may be able to exchange tickets for another performance provided we receive the original tickets back and have 24 hours notice on the understanding that an admin charge of £1.00 per ticket will apply. Members of our Friends of the Lighthouse scheme are able to exchange tickets free of charge.
Transaction Fees :
For shows at the Lighthouse Theatre a transaction fee applies to all online and telephone bookings. No cash or card fees will apply to booking in person at the box office. Friends of the Lighthouse do not pay a fee in any instance, nor do group bookings with over 10 tickets. The fee is £2 per transaction. Fees have been introduced to support the running costs of the Lighthouse theatre. As ticket revenue is divided between many different parties an increase in ticket prices may not necessarily benefit the theatre. By adding a small transaction charge, we ensure that every penny goes directly to the venue itself.
Thank you for your continued support and benefiting the arts in Kettering.

Frequently asked questions
Q. Can I reserve tickets and pay for them at a later date?
No, you have to pay for tickets at time of booking.
Q. Do you offer reduced priced tickets for concession holders?
Yes, concession prices are available for individual shows where stated. Concessions may be offered to under 16s, senior citizens, disabled patrons and Kettering Leisure Pass holders – our Box Office can advise you which concessions are available at the time of booking. Discounts vary on each production and on individual performances. Disabled Patrons who require assistance when visiting the theatre can also request a free ticket for their companion/carer.
Only one concession applies per ticket. Concessionary price tickets must be requested at the time of purchase as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
All concessions are subject to availability and should be checked at the time of booking. Please note, some concessions and ticket prices may only be available for a limited period, subject to demand. Proof of status may be required.
Q. I can no longer come to the performance – can I refund or exchange my tickets?
We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. If an event is sold out, we will endeavor to sell any unwanted tickets on the understanding that a 10% or £1.00 per ticket (whichever is greater) commission will be charged. Sale is not guaranteed.
Q. Is there somewhere we can get refreshments prior to the performance?
Both the Lighthouse and the Bridge bars will be open on performance nights and confectionary and ice cream will be available. Unfortunately people cannot bring their own food or drink into the building.
Q. Where can I park?
We have a large car park that is free of charge. There is enough parking for 600 cars so parking should not be a problem. Blue badge holders can park in the disabled spaces closest to the entrance. For more information on how to get here see directions under the Getting Here heading.

Q. What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive late you will be admitted to the auditorium at an appropriate break in the performance.
