Get Involved

Want to get more involved in theatre? Take a look and see how you can. We can keep you updated on the latest auditions, point you in the right direction to join local performing arts and dance groups AND we want to hear from you if you have some spare time and would like to get involved behind the scenes.

Volunteer

Volunteering at our theatres can be very rewarding and great fun. You don’t need to commit a lot of time to be a really big help. We are looking for volunteers to help in many areas including ushering, backstage, technical, maintenance and promotional support. If you fancy getting involved at either of our venues please give us a call or pop in to see us at the Lighthouse Theatre or you can email us at rob@lighthousetheatre.co.uk – we’d love to meet you.

Vacancies

WANTED – Casual Box Office and Reception staff. Do you love meeting new people? Are you a problem solver? Can you multi-task and work evenings and weekends? Then we want to talk to you – just drop an email to rob@lighthousetheatre.co.uk

BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS – We are looking for help at this year’s panto Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Do you love the theatre, enjoy working as part of a team and have plenty of time to volunteer from the end of November to the end of December? You must be fit and healthy and enjoy working to tight deadlines. We especially want to hear from people with experience of operating sound and lighting equipment – including Follow Spots. Just drop an email to rob@lighthousetheatre.co.uk.

VOLUNTEERS – We are seeking Front of House Assistants for day and evening performances for our busy programme. If you would like to help our House Manager make our guests’ experience a memorable one please register your interest at rob@lighthousetheatre.co.uk
