Lighthouse Box office – Terms and Conditions
- Exchange or Refund
Please check tickets on delivery, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled. Only if a show is sold out, tickets may be returned to Box Office for resale with the understanding that the Box Office must be able to re-sell these tickets before a credit note can be offered. The credit note will then be valid for one year to use against tickets to an alternate show. In this instance a service charge of £5 admin fee will apply for each transaction. - Cancellation of Event
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticketholders of the cancellation. Please ensure your contact details are kept up-to-date on your account. - Admission
Lighthouse reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations - Lost or stolen tickets
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. - Latecomers
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. - Right to Vary Performance
Tickets are sold subject to Lighthouse right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. - Prohibited items
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones, dogs (except enabling dogs) and patron’s own food and drink is prohibited. - Seating
Lighthouse reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket. - Personal Property
Lighthouse accepts no responsibility for any personal property in the venue or the adjoined car park. - Children
Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the auditorium unless stated otherwise (i.e family shows, see show details). For fire safety reasons all children aged 24months+ must have their own seats, on selected shows ‘baby in arms’ tickets may be authorised, prior permission must be sought from the Theatre Manager and is at the discretion of the venue and production company.
